Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in all phases of the SAP project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical designs for SAP solutions.
- Configure SAP modules to meet client business processes and functional requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure solution quality and integrity.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of new SAP functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams (ABAP, Basis), and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for SAP-related issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all SAP configurations, processes, and solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices, proactively recommending improvements and innovations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Consultant in at least one core SAP module (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM).
- Proven experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integration points, and underlying technical concepts.
- Proficiency in business process analysis and re-engineering.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certification in a relevant module (e.g., S/4HANA Finance, S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and user experience design principles.
- Experience with integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI) and third-party systems.
- Master’s degree or equivalent advanced degree.
