Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for satellite communication systems via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Monitor network performance and satellite links, identifying and reporting anomalies promptly.
  • Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to satellite modems, antennas, and associated hardware/software.
  • Document all support activities, technical solutions, and system configurations accurately.
