You will be involved in the preparation of scaffolding materials, including loading, unloading, and organizing components at the job site. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the safe erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures under supervision.
  • Load, unload, and organize scaffolding materials and components at the job site.
  • Transport equipment and tools to various work areas as directed.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of scaffolding components.
  • Strictly adhere to all company safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure site safety.
  • Support experienced scaffolders with tasks such as tying, bracing, and securing structures.

Required Skills

  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg regularly).
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of construction site safety principles.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions diligently.
  • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in construction, trades, or a similar physically demanding role.
  • Valid German driver's license (Class B).
  • Basic German language skills (B1 level or equivalent).
