Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the safe erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures under supervision.
- Load, unload, and organize scaffolding materials and components at the job site.
- Transport equipment and tools to various work areas as directed.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of scaffolding components.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure site safety.
- Support experienced scaffolders with tasks such as tying, bracing, and securing structures.
