Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with student registration processes, updating records, and maintaining accurate student databases.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Provide front-desk support, greeting visitors, parents, and students with a friendly demeanor and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Support the coordination and execution of school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other community activities.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and equipment inventory, placing orders as needed, and ensuring efficient stock levels.
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to provide general administrative assistance, preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Learn and adhere strictly to all school policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Support basic financial administration tasks, such as processing invoices, managing petty cash, and reconciling simple accounts.
  • Contribute to a positive and organized office environment, continuously seeking ways to improve administrative workflows.
