Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate student records, including enrollment, attendance, grades, and personal information.
- Administer and update the Student Information System (SIS) and other relevant databases.
- Process new student enrollments, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Handle inquiries from students, parents, and staff regarding records and administrative procedures.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive data in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, transcripts, and official documents as required.
- Support the school management team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Coordinate communication between different departments and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement efficient record-keeping and administrative procedures.
- Manage school calendars, scheduling, and facility bookings where applicable.
- Oversee inventory and ordering of office supplies for the administrative department.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
