Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update student records, academic transcripts, and attendance data with precision.
- Manage and secure confidential information in compliance with data protection regulations and school policies.
- Oversee the school's information management systems, including student information systems (SIS) and learning management systems (LMS) administration.
- Coordinate admissions and enrollment processes, including application review, registration, and student orientation support.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports to regulatory bodies, educational authorities, and internal stakeholders as required.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and refinement of administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Act as a primary point of contact for student, parent, and staff inquiries related to records, policies, and administrative processes.
- Support faculty and leadership with administrative tasks, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communication.
- Manage school calendars, event planning logistics, and facility usage schedules.
- Ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and electronic communications.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting for at least 3 years.
