Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality science lessons (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) for secondary students (ages 11-18) according to British (IGCSE/A-Level) or American (AP) curricula.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, inquiry, and critical thinking.
- Design and implement diverse instructional strategies, including practical experiments, project-based learning, and technology integration.
- Assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum, share best practices, and contribute to the overall school improvement plan.

Required Skills
