Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to join our growing team in Krefeld. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our agile development teams, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Coach the development team on self-organization and cross-functionality, ensuring agile principles are understood and applied.
- Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove them.
- Help the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring it is clear, concise, and well-understood by the team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Ensure communication between the development team and stakeholders is transparent and effective.
- Track and report on agile metrics and team performance to relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve impediments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Scrum Master certification (e.g., A-CSM, PSM II).
- Experience with scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
- Background in software development or technical project management.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
