Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons across the secondary school curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid development.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic student development.

- Adhere to all school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and child protection guidelines.
Required Skills
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area.
