Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all patients and visitors to the Runda Clinic.
  • Manage and maintain appointment schedules for various specialists and services.
  • Register new patients and update existing patient information accurately in the system.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, redirecting as appropriate.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area, ensuring patient comfort.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about clinic services.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Process patient payments and manage petty cash, if required.
  • Ensure strict adherence to patient confidentiality and data protection policies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
