Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated properties, both on foot and via surveillance systems, to detect and deter unauthorized activities.
- Monitor CCTV feeds and alarm systems diligently, responding promptly to any alerts or suspicious observations.
- Control access to properties, verifying credentials of visitors and contractors, and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
- Document and report all security incidents, irregularities, and maintenance issues in a clear and timely manner.
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for all occupants and assets.
- Assist in emergency situations, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, and evacuations, following established protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and staff, assisting with inquiries and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records of patrols, incidents, and equipment status.
- Collaborate effectively with other security personnel and property management teams.
Required Skills
- Strong observational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to operate CCTV and other security monitoring equipment
- Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and reporting
- Physical fitness to conduct regular patrols and stand for extended periods
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field (1-2 years)
