Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor CCTV systems and alarms for suspicious activities, security breaches, or potential threats.

  • Document all security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or distress calls, following established procedures.
  • Control access points, verify credentials, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or system issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Provide clear and concise communication regarding security status to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in security operations or property monitoring.
  • Proficiency in operating CCTV and alarm systems.
  • Excellent observational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
