- Conduct regular physical patrols of the property perimeter and interior to identify security vulnerabilities.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, security incidents, and emergencies.
- Document all security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all personnel and visitors.
- Manage access control systems, verifying credentials for entry and exit.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or system failures to management immediately.
