Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, employees, and contractors entering the lobby, providing a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage and monitor access control systems, issuing temporary passes, and ensuring only authorized individuals gain entry.
- Diligently observe and report any suspicious activities, unauthorized personnel, or security breaches to the appropriate management.
- Conduct regular patrols of the lobby and designated common areas to ensure safety, identify potential hazards, and maintain order.
- Operate and monitor CCTV cameras and other security surveillance equipment, documenting incidents as required.
- Assist visitors with directions, information, and general inquiries, enhancing their experience within the building.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies (e.g., medical, fire, security incidents), and evacuate premises if necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor traffic, security incidents, and daily activities.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures consistently and professionally.
- Collaborate effectively with other security personnel, facilities management, and administrative staff.
- Ensure the lobby area remains tidy, presentable, and free from obstructions.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a security, concierge, or front desk role, preferably within a corporate or high-end residential setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of security procedures, access control systems, and surveillance equipment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional and calm demeanor.
- Ability to remain vigilant and attentive to detail in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
