Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access at designated entry and exit points for pedestrians and vehicles.
- Verify identification and credentials of all individuals entering or exiting the premises according to established protocols.
- Operate security gates, barriers, and other access control equipment efficiently and safely.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of visitors, vehicles, deliveries, and any security incidents.
- Conduct routine visual inspections of the immediate gate area and report any irregularities or potential hazards.
- Provide clear directions and assistance to authorized visitors and personnel in a courteous and professional manner.
- Promptly report any suspicious activities, security breaches, unauthorized access attempts, or emergencies to the appropriate supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to all company security policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
