- Enforce rules, regulations, and directives of the property management.
- Cooperate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Ensure all entry and exit protocols are followed diligently.
- Provide assistance to visitors and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct thorough checks of all access points at scheduled intervals.
