Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and thorough patrols of premises and perimeters to detect and deter unauthorized activities.
- Diligently monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and other security equipment to identify potential threats.
- Control access and egress of personnel, visitors, and vehicles, verifying credentials and maintaining accurate logs.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergency situations, and security breaches according to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, detailed incident reports, and records of all security-related activities.
- Enforce site-specific security policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Provide a visible security presence and professional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, breaches, or irregularities immediately to management.
- Collaborate effectively with emergency services, such as police and fire departments, as required.
- Undertake regular security checks, including bag and vehicle searches where necessary and authorized.
Required Skills
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding license.
- Proven experience in a security role (minimum 1 year).
- Exceptional observational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for reporting and interaction.
- Competency in monitoring CCTV and alarm systems.
- Solid understanding of security best practices, emergency procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to conduct thorough patrols and enforce access control measures.
- Professional conduct, high level of integrity, and strong ethical standards.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dedicated team.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and respond quickly during shifts.

- First Aid at Work certification.
