Key Responsibilities
- Diligently monitor live security surveillance feeds (CCTV) and alarm systems.
- Identify, analyze, and report any suspicious activities, breaches, or emergencies.
- Respond to alarms and alerts promptly and according to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all security incidents, observations, and activities.
- Communicate effectively and concisely with security personnel, management, and emergency services.
- Conduct routine checks of security equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Adhere strictly to all company security policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Assist in emergency response procedures, including evacuations and crisis management.
- Provide clear and concise written reports on all notable occurrences.
Required Skills
- Strong observational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
- Possession of a valid Security Guard license in Ontario (or willingness to obtain one).
- Post-secondary education or training in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Criminology).
