Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular, thorough patrols of assigned premises (on foot or by vehicle) to detect and deter unauthorized activities, breaches of security, or safety hazards.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points; permit entry.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations, following established protocols.
- Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
- Enforce company rules, regulations, and policies uniformly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with management, staff, visitors, and emergency services personnel.
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and any irregularities observed during patrols.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity and ensure a sense of security.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance security knowledge and skills.
