Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of designated areas, ensuring property and personnel safety.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Identify and report any security breaches, suspicious activities, or hazardous conditions.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and other documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees as needed.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
Required Skills
- Ability to obtain a valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Excellent observational and communication skills (written and verbal).

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and perform duties in various weather conditions.
