Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot and/or mobile patrols of designated areas to deter crime and ensure security.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations.
- Write detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities observed during patrols.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all individuals on premises.
- Control access to premises, verifying credentials and escorting unauthorized persons off the property.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed during critical incidents.
- Perform basic first aid and provide assistance during medical emergencies, if certified.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance and professionalism at all times.
