Career.zycto is seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Patrol Guards to join our growing team in Al Humrah, Umm Al Quwain. This essential role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, personnel, and visitors. As a Security Patrol Guard, you will be the frontline presence, responsible for deterring illegal activities, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with all security procedures. We are looking for individuals who possess a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observation skills, and the ability to act decisively under pressure. You will conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance equipment, control access points, and report any suspicious activities or breaches.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot and mobile patrols across designated areas to detect and deter security breaches.
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other surveillance equipment to identify potential threats or incidents.
- Control access to premises, including verifying credentials of personnel and visitors, and managing visitor logs.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances, following established protocols.
- Report all security incidents, irregularities, and suspicious activities in detail, completing accurate incident reports.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all staff and visitors.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Provide assistance and information to visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform routine checks on doors, windows, gates, and other entry points to ensure they are secure.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance security skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position.
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
- Proficiency in operating surveillance systems and emergency equipment.
- Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to write detailed reports and maintain accurate records.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- SIRA or equivalent UAE security license/certification.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog).
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Previous experience in an industrial or free zone environment.
