Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular, thorough patrols of designated areas, both on foot and using company vehicles, to ensure the security of premises and personnel.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly and appropriately to any alerts or suspicious activities.
- Investigate disturbances, suspicious activities, and any observed irregularities, reporting findings accurately and without delay.
- Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations, ensuring compliance and addressing violations in a professional manner.
- Prepare detailed and accurate written reports on incidents, daily activities, and observations.
- Control access to restricted areas, verifying credentials and managing visitor logs.
- Respond to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, and security breaches, providing immediate assistance and coordinating with emergency services as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with local law enforcement, emergency responders, and internal teams during incidents and investigations.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting staff, clients, and visitors with inquiries and directions while maintaining a security-first mindset.
- Perform routine checks of security equipment, ensuring all systems are operational and reporting any malfunctions.

- Previous experience with CCTV monitoring and basic alarm system operation.
