Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of designated premises to deter criminal activity, detect security breaches, and ensure property integrity.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras, and promptly respond to alarms or suspicious activities.
- Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations, ensuring compliance by all individuals on the premises.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily reports, incident reports, and other documentation as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond effectively and professionally to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and security threats, coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
- Provide visible deterrence, maintaining a professional and authoritative presence.
- Perform access control duties, verifying identification and authorizing entry for approved personnel and visitors.
- Conduct routine inspections of security equipment, lighting, and entry points, reporting any malfunctions or vulnerabilities.
- Assist visitors and employees with directions and information while maintaining security protocols.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and management on security-related matters to enhance overall security measures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in security, public safety, or a related field (e.g., military, police).
- Excellent observational and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure and during emergencies.
- Strong ethical conduct, integrity, and discretion.
- Valid German driver's license (Class B) if vehicle patrols are part of the assignment.
- Basic first aid certification or willingness to obtain one.
