Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patrols of designated event areas, monitoring for suspicious activities or unauthorized access.
- Manage crowd flow and direct attendees efficiently, ensuring smooth entry, exit, and movement within the venue.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, medical emergencies, or disruptive behavior, following established protocols.
- Provide clear, polite, and helpful information and assistance to event attendees.
- Enforce venue rules and regulations, ensuring compliance without unnecessary confrontation.
- Collaborate with event management, police, and emergency services when required.
- Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed logs of observations and actions taken.
- Operate and monitor security equipment such as CCTV systems (if required and trained).
- Conduct bag searches and entry screenings as per event security guidelines.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing Career.zycto positively.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in security, crowd control, or event stewardship.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations.
- Physical fitness and stamina to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Valid SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) license or willingness to obtain one upon employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Experience working in diverse event environments (e.g., concerts, sports, conferences).
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog).
- Knowledge of local security regulations and emergency procedures in Dubai.
