Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of security officers, ensuring effective deployment and performance.
- Implement and enforce all store security policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
- Conduct regular patrols of the store premises, including sales floors, stockrooms, and perimeter areas.
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarm activations, responding promptly and appropriately to alerts.
- Investigate and report all incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities, completing detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with store management to identify and address potential security risks and implement preventative measures.
- Provide guidance and training to security personnel on best practices, emergency procedures, and customer service.
- Manage access control for staff and external vendors, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
- Act as a primary point of contact for emergency services during critical incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of security operations, incident reports, and staff attendance.
- Ensure compliance with all local security regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular security audits and recommend improvements to existing systems and procedures.

- Ability to speak Sesotho fluently.
