Choppies Enterprises Limited is seeking a dedicated and highly vigilant Security Supervisor for Night Patrol to join our esteemed team in Serowe, Central District. This critical full-time role is absolutely essential for maintaining the highest standards of safety and security during non-business hours, diligently protecting our premises, valuable assets, and ensuring a secure environment for any late-night operations or early morning preparations. As a Security Supervisor for Night Patrol, you will be the cornerstone of our night-time security operations, tasked with leading and guiding a team of security officers, implementing robust and effective security protocols, and acting as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters during your assigned shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of security officers during night shifts, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular, thorough patrols of premises, monitoring all access points, and identifying potential security risks or breaches.
- Operate and monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security technologies, responding promptly to any alerts or suspicious activities.
- Investigate and report all incidents, accidents, or suspicious occurrences with meticulous detail, completing comprehensive reports.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to protect company assets, property, and personnel during non-operating hours.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters during the night shift, liaising with local authorities if necessary.
- Conduct routine checks on fire safety equipment and emergency exits, ensuring they are operational and accessible.
- Provide guidance and immediate response during emergency situations, including fire, theft, or medical incidents.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on best security practices and technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of patrols, incidents, and security equipment status.
