Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, operate, and maintain all security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm panels.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations, coordinating with relevant personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections and functional tests of security equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform preventative maintenance on security hardware and software, troubleshooting minor issues.
- Generate incident reports and maintain accurate records of security events, system checks, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrades of new security technology as required.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures at all times.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff on security system functionalities.

Required Skills
- Proven experience with security systems operations (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
- Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting security hardware and software.

- Proficiency in German (B2 level or higher) and good command of English.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with MS Office applications.
