As a Security Watchman, you will serve as the frontline defense, primarily responsible for protecting premises, valuable assets, and personnel against various threats such as theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and thorough patrols of designated areas, meticulously checking for any security breaches, potential hazards, and unusual activities.
- Monitor and operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras, to identify and proactively address potential threats or suspicious behaviour.
- Strictly control access to premises, meticulously verifying identification and authorizing entry/exit for approved individuals and vehicles only.
- Respond promptly, professionally, and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and all security-related incidents.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and comprehensive records of daily activities, incidents, and observations in official reports.
- Actively deter unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas and prevent theft or damage to property.
- Rigidly enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety standards.
- Liaise effectively and cooperatively with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Provide assistance and direction to visitors and staff in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner.
- Ensure all security equipment is in proper working order and promptly report any malfunctions or required repairs.

- Current First Aid and Fire Safety certification.
- Proficiency in local languages (e.g., Sesotho) in addition to English.
