Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare planting beds and containers, ensuring proper soil composition and readiness for seedlings.

  • Water seedlings regularly and appropriately, monitoring soil moisture levels.
  • Assist with the application of natural fertilizers and pest control measures under supervision.
  • Monitor the health and growth of seedlings, reporting any signs of distress or disease.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the nursery and planting areas.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures for working with tools and agricultural materials.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily planting and maintenance goals.
