Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
- Assist with educational and therapeutic activities as outlined in individual care plans.

- Observe and accurately report any changes in a service user's condition, behaviour, or needs to the senior care team.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment for service users, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Promote independence and dignity, empowering individuals to make choices and participate in their care.
- Effectively communicate with service users, their families, and colleagues, ensuring a cohesive approach to care.
- Contribute to the development and review of individual care plans under supervision.
