This unique opportunity includes comprehensive visa sponsorship for eligible international candidates who are passionate about supporting children with diverse learning needs and contributing to a vibrant, inclusive school community.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment where every child feels supported, understood, and empowered to reach their full potential. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to implement individualised education plans (IEPs), adapt learning materials, and provide tailored support to students across various age groups and abilities. This role demands a proactive approach, exceptional patience, and a genuine commitment to advocating for the needs of children with SEN.

Our partner school in Boston Spa prides itself on its nurturing atmosphere, strong community links, and innovative approach to education. They believe in fostering a holistic development for all pupils, ensuring academic progress alongside social and emotional well-being. You will be instrumental in facilitating access to the curriculum for students with a wide range of needs, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, dyslexia, and profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD).

This is more than just a support role; it’s an opportunity to transform lives. You will inspire confidence, build resilience, and celebrate every small victory alongside your students. If you are an empathetic, resilient, and enthusiastic individual with a deep understanding of SEN principles, we encourage you to apply and become a vital part of a school that truly makes a difference.
