You will work closely with C-level executives and operational teams across various industries, translating complex business requirements into actionable data strategies and compelling visualisations. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and insightful BI professional to lead projects, mentor junior consultants, and significantly contribute to the growth and success of both Lexia Consulting and our valued clients. If you possess a deep understanding of data warehousing principles, advanced analytical capabilities, and a passion for turning data into a powerful asset, we invite you to explore this challenging yet rewarding position.

As a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at Lexia, you will not only apply your technical prowess but also hone your client-facing and leadership skills in a fast-paced and supportive consulting environment. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders will be crucial, as will your commitment to delivering solutions that exceed client expectations. We are looking for someone who is not just a technician, but a true strategic partner to our clients, capable of identifying opportunities for data-driven improvement and articulating the value of advanced BI solutions. You will be responsible for defining key performance indicators, building scalable data architectures, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all projects. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, business insight, and outstanding interpersonal skills to navigate diverse client environments and deliver measurable results. Join us to help shape the future of business intelligence in Mauritius.
