Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic team in Kwekwe, Midlands Province. As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for meticulously analyzing, documenting, and optimizing complex business processes to identify areas for improvement, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, documentation, and optimization of complex business processes across various departments.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within existing workflows.
  • Develop and implement robust process improvement strategies and solutions, utilizing methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and gain consensus on proposed changes.
  • Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to clearly illustrate current and future state processes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement technology solutions that support process improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials for new processes to ensure smooth adoption and user proficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, providing post-implementation support and adjustments.
  • Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence throughout the organization.
  • Ensure all process improvements comply with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with process mapping, re-engineering, and optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
