Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies and roadmaps for the region, focusing on efficiency, security, and scalability.
  • Oversee IT project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined specifications.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current IT systems, identifying vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Advise on IT governance, risk management, and compliance with industry regulations (e.g., banking sector specific).
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance IT literacy and adoption of new technologies among staff.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology vendors, solutions, and best practices to support the bank's operational needs.
