Key Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with boarding, disembarking, and general inquiries.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and in optimal working condition.
- Manage daily schedules and routes effectively, adapting to real-time changes and unexpected delays.
- Accurately document mileage, passenger counts, and trip details using company-provided technology.
- Handle minor roadside issues or emergencies responsibly and escalate as per company protocol.
