Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle development of web applications, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Extensive experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Strong back-end development skills with languages like Python (Django/Flask), Node.js (Express), or PHP (Laravel/Symfony)
- Expertise in database management (SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
