Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of robust and scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, UI/UX designers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices and company standards.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and adherence to architectural guidelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and continuously seek to improve development processes and tools.
- Contribute to the technical design and architectural discussions for new and existing projects.
- Ensure security best practices are integrated into all stages of the development lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Strong experience with at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Extensive experience with back-end development using Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java
- Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with mobile application development (e.g., React Native, Flutter)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices
