Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and efficiently schedule service appointments.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests and vehicle symptoms.
  • Clearly explain necessary repairs, maintenance options, associated costs, and estimated timelines to customers.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring precise communication of diagnostic findings and repair progress.
  • Provide regular, proactive updates to customers on their vehicle's service status.
  • Professionally handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any service-related issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate repair orders, obtain customer authorizations, and process invoices and payments.
  • Identify and promote additional services, parts, and accessories beneficial to the customer and their vehicle.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or surveys to ensure customer satisfaction post-service.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in automotive service software (e.g., DMS systems).
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable terms for customers.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven problem-solving aptitude and decision-making capabilities.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B in Germany).
  • Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training (e.g., KFZ-Mechatroniker, Automobilkaufmann) or a relevant associate's degree.
  • Certification as a Service Advisor from a recognized automotive body.
  • Experience with specific premium vehicle brands.
  • Proficiency in English to cater to an international clientele.
