Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently replenish shelves with new stock, ensuring products are correctly positioned and faced.
- Follow planograms and merchandising guidelines to maintain visual standards and product visibility.
- Rotate stock to ensure older items are sold first, minimizing waste and managing inventory effectively.
- Remove any damaged or expired products from shelves and dispose of them according to store policies.
- Set up and maintain promotional displays, ensuring all signage is accurate and attractive.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment on the shop floor throughout your shift.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory checks as required, contributing to accurate record-keeping.
- Communicate any stock discrepancies or issues to the shift supervisor or relevant management.
