Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload incoming deliveries, sorting and organizing stock in designated areas.
- Restock shelves, displays, and promotional areas accurately and promptly, ensuring products are faced up and aisles are tidy.
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste, adhering to 'first in, first out' principles.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by removing empty boxes, clearing debris, and reporting any hazards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as required, contributing to accurate stock management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Reliability and Punctuality: A strong commitment to showing up on time for every shift, ready to work.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 20kg regularly, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Capacity to notice discrepancies, arrange products neatly, and follow planograms precisely.
- Ability to Follow Instructions: Capability to understand and execute tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Communication Skills: Ability to understand and convey information clearly within the team.
