Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of daily and weekly production schedules, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and material availability.
- Monitor real-time production progress against established plans, promptly identifying and reporting any deviations or potential bottlenecks.
- Coordinate proactively with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and support inventory control initiatives to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute comprehensive production reports, communicating key metrics, status updates, and performance insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the optimization of material flow, equipment utilization, and labor allocation to enhance overall operational efficiency and output.
- Actively participate in problem-solving activities related to production delays, material shortages, or quality issues, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Learn and diligently apply all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations pertaining to production planning, manufacturing operations, and workplace conduct.
