Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare, print, and apply shipping labels to outgoing packages and pallets.
- Verify package contents against shipping manifests, invoices, or pick lists to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software for data entry and tracking purposes.
- Assist with the organization and staging of products in the shipping area.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality control issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret shipping labels and documents.
