Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and document all incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently, using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, dollies) as required.
- Organize and store received materials in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer orders and shipping instructions.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely and proficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular cycle counts and assisting with year-end inventory.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with incoming or outgoing goods.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of orders.
- Assist with loading trucks for outbound deliveries, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement of cargo.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, reaching).
- Basic computer proficiency (data entry, email).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
