Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Help customers locate products, answer questions, and provide recommendations when appropriate.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, shelves, and stockroom.
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Assist with receiving and processing new shipments of products.
- Support team members with various daily tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Learn about new products and promotions to effectively inform customers.
