Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, selections, and purchases.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and process returns/exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including dusting, sweeping, and arranging merchandise.
- Receive, unpack, and price new inventory, ensuring items are properly stocked and displayed.
- Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist in inventory counts.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures of the shop, including securing premises and preparing for the next business day.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and foster customer loyalty.
- Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
