Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude upon their arrival.
  • Accurately process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, debit, and credit card payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including dusting, sweeping, tidying displays, and ensuring product accessibility.
  • Restock shelves and merchandising areas, ensuring products are well-presented, correctly priced, and readily available for purchase.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, verifying stock, and conducting regular stock counts.
  • Answer customer questions about products, promotions, store policies, and current sales with detailed and helpful information.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures as required, including cash reconciliation and securing the premises.
  • Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and new arrivals to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
