Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, selections, and purchases.
- Operate POS systems and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure merchandise is well-organized and clearly priced.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and checking stock.
- Actively promote special offers, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and French/Creole.
