Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service.
- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving and display areas.
- Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring products are well-displayed and priced correctly.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns/exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
Preferred Qualifications
- A School Certificate (SC) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience with POS systems.

- Fluency in both English and French (Creole also an asset).
