Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon their entry, offering assistance and guidance.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert product information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and shelves are stocked.
- Assist with merchandising efforts, including setting up displays, arranging products, and ensuring promotional materials are current.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and courteously, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and report any discrepancies or low stock items to management.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting special offers or loyalty programs.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and security.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company initiatives to better serve customers.
